Hi. My name is Paul and I'm delighted you have found this website.

My book provides a contemporaneous view of our stroke journey so far. However, it is not over yet. Not by a long way!

In this blog I will be discussing Diane's progress, considering issues in relation to stroke management and awareness and reviewing some tips and tricks to help those of you who are caring for your loved one.
